Tasting Notes

Produced from 100% Cabernet Franc grown entirely on the Lava Block acreage of our estate. This wine is effusively aromatic and offers penetrating aromas of black raspberry, boysenberry jam and cherry cola. At its core, this wine is all rich, dark fruit and opens up with notes of lavender, resin, black cardamom, milk chocolate, river rock and suede. This is a seamless wine that is both savory and silky with a magical tannin structure and unctuous, plush mouthfeel. Drink this delicious wine over the next 15-20 years.
