Tasting Notes

A proprietary blend of 40% Syrah, 30% Cab, 30% Petite Sirah. This inky wine offers aromas of blue fruit, sweet black cherries, anise and wet stone. The palate is layered with notes of juicy blackberries, powdered cocoa and subtle sweet oak. The Petite Sirah on our property is a very old Heritage clone that gives this wine a rich, firm texture and structure.

  • 100% Estate Grown Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon & Petite Sirah at elevations of 1100 to 1450 feet.
  • Moon Mountain District, Certified Organic & Biodynamic Vineyards
